Founder of our company contributed to the preparation of all information systems-related regulations of the BRSA, including electronic banking regulations and payment services regulations within the scope of Law No. 6493. During his tenure as a senior manager at the BRSA, he enabled the implementation of the regulations on the operating principles of digital (branchless) banks and Banking-as-a-Service (Baas).
After our founder decided to resign from his position at the BRSA voluntarily after 17 years of service and transfer his expertise to the private sector, our company was established in February 2023 with the aim of becoming a global player providing consultancy services in the financial sector on every issue where technology and regulation intersect and has been offering consultancy services tailored to your needs, since then.
